The longer the video, the larger your file. This may impact overall quality of the upload. Your video must be less than 240 minutes long and smaller than 4G. It is recommended that your video is uploaded in HD at a frame rate of 30 fps, an aspect ratio of 1280x720px and a stereo audio with a sample rate of 44,100Hz for the best results.
If you encounter video upload issues, this may be due to several reasons. Firstly, your video may not be in a file type supported by workplace. The Video could also be too short, as videos must at least be one second long. You may also have uploaded the video from an editing or archival application which can create incompatible versions of the video, instead try uploading the original file directly from your device. Moreover, when recording, be careful to record horizontally rather than vertically (i.e., as you normally would hold the phone) as this may result in the video being uploaded upside down.
Live broadcasts may also encounter Audio and Visual Syncing issues is the broadcast is delivered with limited bandwidth to the client, or when the client doesn’t have the bandwidth to view the live broadcast. Be sure to check recording and encoding hardware for potential misalignment.
