Why can’t I edit my Profile?

If you cannot edit your Workplace Profile, your Workplace Admin may have restricted your access to edit specific fields on your profile. System Admins can customise the set of profile fields in people’s Workplace Accounts. Admins can also choose which fields are show on Workplace Profiles and manage who can edit information in these profile fields. 

Some profile fields may have been populated for your profile. If the information is incorrect but unable to edit yourself, please contact your Workplace Admin.
