How can I edit employees’ Job Roles as an Admin?

If your Workplace data is fed from an HR system, the best option is to edit the data at source – on the HR system. The changes will feed through to Workplace automatically.

Alternatively, if your employees’ data was uploaded via CSV, you would need to change the data in the CSV file and upload it again. Find more detailed instructions here.
