Can you assign Pre-Approved Poster permission instead of Admin or Moderator rights?

Unfortunately, Pre-Approved Poster function was removed by Workplace. Previously it was possible to allow certain employees (e.g. leadership) to post in groups without requiring post approval from the group Admin or Moderator.
