What is the difference between a multi company group and workplace group with guest accounts?

  • As a system admin, you can choose to have a multi-company groups, guest accounts or both when choosing external collaboration settings for your organisation
  • Multi-company groups will enable you to collaborate with people outside of your organisation in a shared place.
  • Guest accounts enable you to invite people from outside your organisation who don’t have existing workplace accounts.
  • You can select the option to have both.
