What does it mean if I can’t reply to a message on Workplace Chat App?

There may be a few reasons why you can’t reply to a conversation on Workplace Chat for e.g:

• The person’s account you’re trying to message may be deactivated or deleted.
• You’re trying to respond to a group conversation whereby the other members have already left the conversation
• No internet connection
