To deactivate a user in Connect you can use two methods.
Single User Deactivation:
- Navigate to the Data source within the people tab.
- Find the user you wish to deactivate by either using the search bar or scrolling.
- Click the 3 dots to the right of the user row and select "Deactivate"
- Confirm you wish to deactivate this user.
Bulk Deactivation
- Within the data source, find the users you wish to deactivate and select them by using the check box to the left side of their user row.
- Once multiple users have been selected, a "Bulk actions" button will appear beneath the search bar, click this and select "Deactivate".
- Confirm you wish to deactivate these users.
