What's the difference between Enterprise licenses and Frontline licenses?
Enterprise licenses (E3, E5 etc.) are typically the most popular license request as they contain the comprehensive range of products/features, whereas frontline license have some features removed that wouldn't typically be used by frontline employees, for a reduced price.
What is the difference between E3 and E5?
E3 is designed for large organisations and includes core Microsoft tools and products like word and email as desktop apps as well as web based. E5 includes everything in E3 and comes with added security and compliance benefits as well as power Bi pro.
What is the difference between F1 and F3?
F1 and F3 licenses for frontline workers who need access to productivity tools. F1 provides basic access to office apps, while F3 includes email and web based apps.
What is F5?
F5 is an add-on typically used for those who are assigned frontline licenses. They can in multiple packages. (Sec+comp, Security, Compliance).
What are Business licenses?
Business licenses are tailored for small or medium sized businesses, with essential tools and features. But lack DLP and storage benefits from enterprise licenses. Business cannot run more than 300 business licenses, so this can only be quoted for smaller organisations.
What is the difference between Viva Suite and Viva C&C?
A Viva suite license contains all viva products in one license (Viva insights and Viva Learning). Viva C&C contains Viva Engage, Viva Connections and Viva Amplify. Note: Glint is a separate cost, outside of viva suite.
What are the non-profit licenses?

Why do only some licenses come packaged with teams?
