Notifications & Notification management

When you have new unread notifications, you will see a red dot on the bell at the top left of the screen. Opening this will show you all your new notifications in the order that they have been received.

If you would like to adjust the notifications, you receive there are a few ways to do this.

For general notification management, open the notification bell button on the top right corner by your profile image. You will see a settings icon, clicking this will take you to your notification settings. This is where you can choose what interaction you will receive notifications and what ways you will receive them. Push notifications are notifications that you will receive on your phone. Email notifications will be sent to the email associated with your Workvivo account.

To enable/disable notifications for a space, go to the space where you would like to make this change. To the right of the space name and information, you will see a bell next to the star for favouriting the space. Clicking this will toggle notification you receive for that space.

If you would like to toggle notifications for a chat, go to that chat on Bedspace, click on the information button at the top right of the chat window. You will see a button with a bell icon that will allow you to mate/unmute notifications for that chat.
