Can AI be trained on features other than News?

Not currently, and this is not on the roadmap at the moment. It is a recent feature and Workvivo is open to suggestions, so requests can be submitted to the Product Portal to be considered for upcoming releases.

Why do I get “Workvivo AI failed with an unknown error” when I ask it to write about a colleague?

The AI interprets a request such as “help me write a congratulations post about my colleague” as a request to retrieve information about that person, which it can’t do.

Instead, write the content yourself and ask the AI to rephrase it — it doesn’t treat this as retrieving information. For example, write “Well done [colleague] for helping to launch Workvivo!” and the tool will reword the phrase according to the options you choose (funny, short, and so on).

Can we add hover text to the AI “ask” stars to explain the feature?

Not at this time, but it has been submitted to the product team as a suggestion.
