No, it will remain separate.
Can we recover deleted chat messages?
This is possible in special circumstances, for example an HR investigation. Provide full details to Workvivo Support and they will request to recover the message(s).
Can you delete chats?
Not currently, but it’s possible to Freeze, Mute and Leave a chat.
Will I receive a pop-up notification on the desktop when I get chat messages?
Yes, but only after the platform goes live and if the Workvivo platform is open.
