Workvivo lets you tailor which features and sections are available across your platform. This article covers what can be switched on or off, and how.
Which features can be turned off?
The following sections can be disabled: Podcasts, Badges, Global Pages, Org Chart, Gallery and Mega Menu.
Can Pages and Q&A be turned off for all Spaces at once?
Yes. Workvivo can disable Pages and Q&A across all Spaces in bulk.
Can News and Events be turned on for all Spaces at once?
No. These cannot be enabled across all Spaces in bulk.
Can I disable Global Documents?
Yes. If you delete all documents, the Documents section is removed automatically.
Can features be switched off by default instead of on?
No, there is no way to change this. The features that are toggled on by default are the ones Workvivo most commonly sees customers use.
Can I turn on Work Anniversary posts without Welcome Wednesdays?
Yes. Although a single toggle appears to cover both, Workvivo can enable Anniversaries without Welcome Wednesday posts from the back end. Raise a request with support.
Can I reorder apps within folders?
Currently apps can only be reordered under the “All” section, not within individual folders.
Can the order of onboarding screens be changed?
No.
