Changing your Workvivo URL

Can we change the URL?

Yes. You can change the name of the URL, for example yourcompany.workvivo.com.

Can the URL be changed after launch?

We strongly recommend against this. Changing the link after launch causes confusion — some users keep trying to use the old link, which can hinder activation and adoption.

In addition, if your organisation uses SSO, the entire SSO setup would need to be reconfigured when the URL changes. We can support a URL change if required, but we always recommend completing it well in advance of launch, and ideally before SSO is set up.
