Does Workvivo integrate with SAP SuccessFactors out of the box?

Yes, Workvivo has an out-of-the-box SuccessFactors integration used by many organisations. Colleagues can view their upcoming time-off and available balances on their Workvivo profile, and are notified directly in Workvivo when time-off requests are approved and when payslips are published. They can also open the HR platform directly from Workvivo, and see when colleagues are on annual leave from that person’s profile.

Which other integrations are available?

• Workday — Yes. Colleagues can view upcoming time-off and available balances on their profile, including Time Off Balance and Payroll Notifications.
• Peakon — Not currently available as an integration, but you can add a Quick Link to Peakon.
• LinkedIn Learning — Not currently available as an integration, but you can add a Quick Link to LinkedIn Learning.
• Atlassian (Jira, Confluence) — Yes. You can search content across both platforms directly through Workvivo’s advanced search filters, and access documents and tasks in Workvivo.
