A user is considered “active” if they log in and/or engage with the platform within the relevant timeframe.
Daily Active Users (DAU)
Users who log in and/or interact with the platform on a given day.
Weekly Active Users (WAU)
Users who log in and/or interact at least once within a rolling 7-day period.
Monthly Active Users (MAU)
Users who log in and/or interact at least once within a rolling 30-day period.
How is the reporting week defined?
For Weekly Active User reporting, all weeks start on a Sunday (Sunday–Saturday). For example, WAU data for the week commencing Monday 19/01/2026 would actually start from Sunday 18/01/2026 through 24/01/2026.
