How often are analytics updated?
Analytics update every 24 hours, with the exception of Activation analytics.
How can I export a list of all users?
Go to Analytics > Activation > Activated/Onboarded User Report.
How can I extract a list of all external users on the platform?
Go to Analytics > Governance > Space Membership & Roles > All External Users in All Spaces.
Which users are included in the Super User report?
All users who had activity in the selected period. Activity is defined by the columns in the report — for example feed loads, impressions (views) of posts, comments and posts.
Can I export all Spaces and their information (members, last post, privacy settings)?
Not currently.
Can I pull a report of the profile languages selected by users?
No. This has been raised as a feature request.
Can I track how many users signed up via email set-up versus the QR code method (Connect)?
No, there isn’t currently a way to track that. It has been raised as a feature query.
