Can users download documents on mobile?

This is not enabled by default, but it can be enabled.

Can document downloads be restricted?

At this time, Workvivo does not support disabling downloads for all file types (such as Word, Excel or PowerPoint). However, a feature can be enabled that introduces a PDF preview modal, allowing users to view PDF documents directly in the platform without being able to download them.

Please note: this restriction applies only to PDF files. Other document types — Word (.doc/.docx), Excel (.xls/.xlsx) and PowerPoint (.ppt/.pptx) — are not currently supported by this view-only functionality and would still be downloadable.
