Can posting to Everyone and to Teams be disabled?
Yes, by Workvivo. However, Admins will still be able to post.
Can admins edit each other’s scheduled posts?
No — they can only delete them. The one workaround for editing scheduled posts is if the posts were published from the same account and each admin has access to it.
For example, you could set up a “Communications” alias account and grant each admin delegate access to it. If all standard comms are published from this account, admins can delegate into it and edit posts from there.
Can we restrict posting rights for a specific user?
Unfortunately, posting can’t be limited for a specific user. If a user has access to Workvivo, they can post in the Spaces they belong to.
You could look into Posting Controls and Space post approval, which require users to submit requests to create posts in Spaces — though keep in mind this would apply to all users, so it may not fit your needs perfectly. A temporary deactivation is another option.

Can posting value updates, or linking to values, be disabled?
No.
If we target News to an audience via a Space, can we hide the post created in that Space?
No.
Can comments be turned off across the entire platform?
Yes. You can enable this by raising a ticket with Workvivo.
Can users post anonymous questions?
No. As this is a work platform, there are security measures in place around this.
