Can different welcome emails be sent by country or location?
We’re not able to send welcome emails directly based on countries or locations. However, we can send different email templates to different Teams. So if you assign users from specific countries to designated Teams, this can be accommodated. We’ll need the template, Team and Team ID for the customised template. Please note this is a manual process, so each template is updated individually — the welcome emails won’t all send at the same time, and there may be a slight delay between versions.
Can we automatically resend an activation link?
There isn’t an automated way to send an additional round of welcome emails to users who haven’t signed up yet. Workvivo can manually trigger a resend to anyone who hasn’t logged in yet.

Can we change the colour of the button on welcome emails?
No, it is not possible to update the colour of the button.
Can we change the text font and colour on welcome emails?
No.
Before we go live, what notifications can users receive?
When an organisation is not live, the following email notifications still fire: the Set Up Password email (from the admin panel), Forgot Password, External User invite, and Daily/Weekly digests. Live mode only affects email notifications beyond these four. Mobile push notifications are unaffected by Live mode, so users can still receive and test them — although forced push notifications can’t be tested.
