Making sure Workvivo emails reach your users (whitelisting)

What should we whitelist when setting up Workvivo?

We advise adding Workvivo’s two sending domains to your mail server allow list, so that system-generated notifications and regular newsletters aren’t blocked or sent to spam:

• workvivo.com — system-generated email notifications.
• workvivomail.com — regular newsletters from the Workvivo team with feature updates, tips and tricks, and so on.

Note: You should expect to see emails from: no-reply@workvivo.com, team@workvivomail.com and richard@workvivomail.com.
